How we help
Living with Cystic Fibrosis impacts daily on the lives of sufferers and their families. Through a range of support services, The Leanne Fund aim to enable all those affected by CF to lead a fuller life and for their families to cope better as carers.
The services of the Leanne Fund are free of charge and aim to provide you with the support you need whenever it is needed.
From the very beginning we are here - welcoming your new baby, navigating the school years, moving into your first home, and when you just need a helping hand, our team are here for you.

"I’m Brooke and I am 12 years old going into hospital is rather boring, Leanne fund send me care packages each time I am in. That passes my time a lot faster with some yummy foods, arts and crafts, toiletries and many more.
The Leanne fund also help with the cost of my dance fees which is a huge part of my life and most importantly helps my lungs and the mucus.
I will for ever be grateful for the Leanne fund and the amazing job they do."
The Leanne Fund is a brilliant charity that really helps people with cystic fibrosis and their families. There are other, bigger charities that help with research and treatments but the Leanne Fund team are so friendly and helpful they almost feel like family and help with day to day practicalities.
When I was in hospital a few years ago for IV treatment I got a lovely hamper with tasty snacks, toiletries and fun things to do. I love that the whole team understand CF and really make a difference every day.
My family and I try to support the Leanne Fund with some kind of fundraising every year. We are very grateful to everyone who supports us to do this and help the Leanne Fund support anyone affected by CF.

"Exercise and keeping active is vital to help keep his lungs clear of infection.
The Leanne Fund have supported Alfie since he was a baby, providing support for his activity classes, including swimming and his favourite, football.
They have also provided support with patient care boxes during some of Alfie's stays in hospital which are a lovely surprise for him when he arrives on the ward.
We are grateful for the support the fund provides, the little touches make all the difference."
