New Trustee appointed to The Leanne Fund

 The Leanne Fund is delighted to announce that Sandy Gomez has agreed to join the Board of the Fund as Treasurer.

Sandy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with his background in finance and audit and the Fund are very pleased to have him on board as the charity continues to grow and develop services across Scotland.

Sandy said: “I’m delighted to join the Board of The Leanne Fund as Treasurer. "Having known Leanne from her time with the Lewis Pipe Band, it's now great to be part of the team as the charity continues to grow and expand, and I'm very much looking forward to being part of it."

Welcoming Sandy to the Board, Development Manager for The Leanne Fund, Chrisetta Mitchell said: “We are very grateful to Sandy for joining us on the Board and we look forward to working with him going forward.

“We also want to extend our grateful thanks to our outgoing Treasurer, Jayne MacDonald, after many years of hard work and dedication to the Fund.

“2024 marks the 14th anniversary of The Leanne Fund and we look forward to another exciting year as we continue to grow and enhance our services right across Scotland providing support to cystic fibrosis patients and their families.”
